These works required Buildster to construct a new PC2 lab within the basement level of building to house a $2M CyroTEM Microscope.

Buildster undertook co-ordination, decanting, approvals and shop drawings, management of heritage consultants and review of reports, strip out of ceilings, construction of new service risers including Hazmat removal and fire rating, construction of new concrete plinths for plant, plant enclosures and louvers, power feed to mechanical board, tundishes, wall penetrations for ductwork, new ceilings, ensuring subcontractor and client defects are complete, CHOTO, asset labels, traffolyte labels, as-builts, cleaning and recanting.
