New head office for InnoWell a Global, 21st century digital solutions for mental health and wellbeing.
InnoWell is a joint venture between The University of Sydney and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) which aims to transform mental health care in Australia and around the world. Through research and development, we seek to redesign health systems to better meet the holistic needs of people across the lifespan. InnoWell delivers digital health solutions to promote mental fitness and ensure that people receive the right care at the right time. We do this by using innovative co-design methodologies that engage all members of the community to integrate lived experience, the health sector, research evidence and product design knowledge into our digital solutions.
InnoWell will provide digital health products to mental health services, workplaces, insurers, schools and universities. We will offer solutions to mental health care that are holistic, customisable and validated through research and development by world leading mental health experts.

Project was D&C Contract with a value of $1.5 million. Buildster won on a firm lump sum competitive tender.
Integrated base build upgrade for change of use including all services.
Integrated full fit out and procuring of all furniture, graphics and joinery. Complex and state of the art AV and data installations. New fit out of all DDA, toilets ceilings, carpets, doors and sound walls.
Buildster was given one-week lead in with an extremely fast 8-week construction program.
Job required Buildster to commit large resources and work long hours under and around a residential tower.
Full services upgrade including all hydraulic, essential services, electrical, mechanical and fire.
Needed to work closely with a large project group and stakeholders consulting group consisting of NDY, FDC, Sydney University, Steve Watson Partners, Fire Engineers and InnoWell.
Project was completed on time and Buildster achieved OC on time and the client moved in on the agreed contractual date.
