Project Description

Buildster was engaged by the University of Sydney to carry out a complete strip-out and refurbishment of the existing bar setup on the Seymour Centre’s Everest Bar.

Overall scope of works included new joinery, LED lighting, stainless steel and timber joinery, new mechanical, hydraulic and electrical layout, upgraded mechanical and refrigeration services, new fixtures, plaster, rendering, painting, brick repointing, waterproofing, tiling, and timber panelling. Buildster successfully achieved practical completion within the agreed timeframe, minimising overall disruption to the centre’s capabilities.
